This policy explains what Beeline Medical LLC (“Beeline”, “we”) collects when you use beelinemedicalllc.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have. In short: this website is for practices finding out about our services. It never asks for patient information, and we don’t sell what you tell us.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website only.
It does not cover the client portal at app.beelinemedicalllc.com, which has its own terms, nor the billing work we do for practices. Patient information we handle for a practice is governed by our agreement with that practice and by HIPAA, not by this policy.
Please don’t send us patient information here
Don’t put any patient’s name, date of birth, insurance details, diagnosis or other health information into a form on this site, or into an email to the addresses on it. Our forms say so beside the message box.
If patient information reaches us this way, we won’t use it, and we delete it.
What we collect
What you choose to tell us, when you fill in a form, email us or call:
- your name, your practice’s name and your role;
- your email address and phone number;
- your specialty, and what you would like help with;
- anything you write in a message.
And what any website receives when you visit it: our hosting provider records each request (your IP address, your browser, the page and the time) to run the site and keep it secure. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookies this site sets are for our own staff when they sign in to edit it.
How we use it
- to answer you, and to provide what you asked for, such as a consultation or a billing audit;
- to follow up about that request;
- to run the website, keep it secure and stop abuse such as spam;
- to meet our legal obligations.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that run parts of this website for us, such as our hosting and email delivery providers, and only to do that work. They may not use it for anything else.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
Calls, texts and emails
We reply to you by the means you choose. We send marketing texts only to people who have agreed to receive them, and every text says how to stop them. You can ask us to stop calling or emailing you at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and follow up, and delete it within 12 months, unless you become a client or the law requires us to keep it longer.
How we protect it
The site is served only over an encrypted connection, and only the staff who need it can read what you send. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we can’t promise that it never will be.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@beelinemedicalllc.com and we’ll reply. Some states give you further rights, and we’ll honour them where they apply.
Children
This website is for businesses. It isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
